We do not accept product returns. However, if your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue. In such cases, a refund or replacement will be processed based on the shipping carrier's assessment.

To report a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

We do not accept returns for products unless they are damaged during shipping. Please ensure that you carefully check your order upon delivery. If the product is in good condition, we cannot process a return.

2. Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we will work closely with the shipping carrier to assess the situation and resolve the issue. Based on their assessment, a refund or replacement will be offered, depending on the severity of the damage.

3. How to Report Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged.

Provide clear photos of the damage, along with the order details (including order number and any identifying marks on the package).

If possible, retain the damaged product and packaging, as this may be requested for further investigation by the shipping carrier.

4. Refunds or Replacements

Once we receive your claim and assess the damage, we will issue a refund or provide a replacement item based on the carrier's findings. If the shipping company deems the damage to be their responsibility, we will ensure that you are fully compensated.
